Established in 1717 with the purchase of a plot of land by William Sloane, the Sloane Stanley Estate is one of the oldest and most prestigious landowning estates in London’s Chelsea. Owning and managing hundreds of residential and commercial properties in Chelsea, the Estate prides itself on being a proactive landlord, fair and reasonable in all its dealings with residents, agents, contractors and members of the public. JMDM was tasked by Iconic Brand Agency with tightening up the existing branding and producing a new style guide in which to underpin a complete new range of creative. An inventory of print and digital templates were created, resulting in freshness and consistency across the rollout, which included a new website, ‘priviledge’ books, monthly newsletters, event promotion, property particulars, area shopping maps, window vinyls and press advertising.
